Refund Period:
Clients are eligible for a full refund within 14 days after the purchase date, starting from the day of purchase.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, clients must click the refund button in their client profile page on this site (https://scandisecure.com/my-account) within the 14-day period. The refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Typically within 7 working days of the refund request you will have your refund.
Full Refund (Within 14 Days):
During the 14-day period, clients are entitled to a full refund without providing a reason for their decision. But we would love your feed back to better our VPN service
Partial Refund (After 14 Days): After the 14-day period has elapsed, clients may still be eligible for a partial refund if they meet specific criteria related to standard usage. The criteria for a partial refund will be communicated to the client upon request.
Communication:
The refund policy, including the 14-day full refund period and the criteria for a partial refund, will be clearly communicated via email after purchase.
